Prof. Seongjae Cho

Prof. Seongjae Cho is working in the Department of Convergence Electronic and Semiconductor Engineering at Ewha Womans University. He has been researching nanoscale semiconductor devices and integrated fabrication technology since he was fascinated by the unique beauty of semiconductor devices where solid-state physics and electronic engineering closely met. Prof. Seongjae Cho believes that such tiny electron devices build up the various electronic systems beneficial to many people and are the heart of future electronics. Researches in his group (NDIL) are focused on advanced memory devices, novel high-performance and low-power transistors, unit and integrated processing, cell technologies for neuromorphic and processing-in-memory (PIM) computing, and Si components for the optical interconnect towards the future computing.
